Pastoral Care at PFMC+
The privately accessed walled garden is safe and secure. The site boasts very recently built, disabled access toilet and hot shower block with 6 separate, lockable cubicles and two Belfast sinks, providing modern, beautiful facilities. The same approach has been used to build a brand new kitchen and living quarters, in the same building, seamlessly converting part of the old Walled Garden buildings. The whole site is sheltered, well-lit and peaceful.
Pastoral staff will camp too, in their own tents. Staff will have first aid and safe-guarding training, and are all DBS checked and have had tons of music camp experience with PFMC over the years. We know that as 12-16 year olds, you would like to feel that you have plenty of freedom and independence and we will endeavour to be practical and helpful, ensuring you get the best out of the course, and feel good and safe during your time at PFMC+. You can come to any of the staff at any point with questions or suggestions and we aim to adapt to everyone’s needs and requests as far as possible.
