
RESIDENTIAL CAMP FOR YOUNG MUSICIANS (12-16 YEARS)

Musicians on all instruments will spend 6 days together in the Walled Garden at Eryholme, North Yorkshire, set among acres of forest, river and parkland.. A family friendly atmosphere in a gorgeous tended garden helps to create a safe and creative atmosphere for making music and developing friendships. With world class teachers in jazz, percussion, orchestra, chamber and trad music, this is a pressure free, screen free and joyful music course in an immersive and exciting setting, complete with round the clock care and guidance, and delicious home cooked food.

What Is It?
PFMC+ offers a chance for young musicians to get outdoors in an independent, screen-free and peaceful setting. Innovative teaching ideas that have an emphasis on playing for FUN whilst continually developing confidence, skills and musicianship. Incredible, genre-crossing teachers from the US, Ireland and the UK, have been brought together by our brilliant music director, Sally Anne Anderson, to create a tailor-made course for these young players to give them a meaningful experience.
Where Is It?
Just south of Darlington on the River Tees, PFMC takes place in a huge walled garden, surrounded by private parkland, woodland and river banks, all of which we will make the most of during the week. The site as a whole is owned and hosted by the wonderfully inspirational and resourceful Clarey and Barney, of www.we-are-wild.co.uk
The nearest train station is Darlington. and many of our campers come by train whether from the North or the South!
How much Is It?
